Sahibs was launched in 2020 with a vision to provide premium quality authentic biryani on demand. We have more than 20 years of experience in making traditional biryani, food processing, and packaging. We have been making & supplying premium biryani for bulk supplies since 2010.
Our specialized packaging and cooking methodology enables our customers to break the dhum, creating a unique experience for all our customers.
All our raw materials are sourced from reputed and certified vendors with the highest standards, which are further meticulously cleaned for cooking. The cooking is done in a hyper-clean kitchen with trained Food Professionals using Personal Protective Equipment. Our kitchens are sterile and hyper-clean.

What makes Sahibs Biryani more Premium?
Our specialized preparation method allows us to prepare each order individually, which is sealed, dhum cooked, packed, and delivered to you, untouched by human hands.
Do you provide single-serve packs of meals?
Our technology allows us to individually prep and cook either for 5 pax or 2 pax only. This proprietary cooking system allows our food to be served piping hot and fresh. The same experience cannot be extended to single portions yet, but we are working on it.
Do you take party orders?

Do you have any other outlets apart from Dubai?

Do you have dine-in facilities?
We are operating only as a commercial production kitchen and we are taking advanced orders for now.
What is the rice-to-protein ratio of your biryani?
Our standard rice-to-protein ratio is 1:1.5. We also offer ultra-biryani, which is made with a 1:2 ratio of rice to protein.
When should I place the order?
We only take pre-orders to ensure the best of our product and service to you. Orders will be closed by 9 p.m. of the previous day for lunch delivery the following day, and orders close before 12 p.m. of the same day for dinner.
What time will my order be delivered?
The food will be delivered as per the Delivery slot selected by the guest when they are placing the order.
